What is the best thing about being back in person? Is there anything that surprised you about being in the studio?
The best thing about being back in person is definitely being able to feed off the energy in the room and being able to dance with friends again. It surprised me how easily the transition was from dancing at home and being virtual, to going back in person and dancing with my peers again.
What is your favorite thing about LACHSA right now?
My favorite thing about LACHSA is all the creativity at the school. No matter where you go or where you look there is always something creative and inspirational in your view.
What are your goals for this year as a Dance Major?
My goals are just to really enjoy my dancing and to not be as hard on myself.
What is something you’re looking forward to experiencing this year as a Dance major?
Being able to dance with my peers again! It's so nice to see them and learn from them!

Do you have an outside hobby?
Going to theme parks!

Disney music and musicals

Classical
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Being able to manipulate time. If I had the power to control/manipulate time I could always redo my mistakes, or never be late to any function.
Do you have any future summer plans that are dance related? Any summer intensives? Competitions? Workshops? Etc.
Not at the moment.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your freshman self?
I would tell my freshman self to not be so hard on myself. Mistakes are bound to happen and it's important to not dwell on them, but to learn and grow from them.
