FAVORITE THING ABOUT ONLINE?

  • My favorite thing about online school is not having to wake up at 5:30a.m. in the morning to be on the train by 6:10a.m. I get to rest and have a great breakfast before I log on for school.

HARDEST THING ABOUT ONLINE?

  • Having to dance in a small room when my body and mental is use to dancing on big rooms full of skylight and/or studio light with more than enough room for me to move around.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ONCE WE ARE IN PERSON?

  • Well I am graduating, but I do look forward to being around my friends again and getting to do what we love and grow together in the same space.

HOW HAVE YOU ADAPTED ONLINE?

  • Yes, I have adapted better in my senior year than my junior year to online school because it works for my schedule better and I have adjusted my whole life around it.

OUTSIDE HOBBY?

  • I work outside of school, but a hobby if you count it would be shopping. You will never understand how much I love shopping for clothes, shoes, and cologones. I also love creating playlists because I love listening to music and creating great vibes.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT LACHSA RIGHT NOW?

  • How much they are trying to send their seniors off properly.

FAVORITE DANCE CLASS?

  • I love graham/horton class with Ms. Yuka and I have loved it since freshman year.

FAVORITE LACHSA MEMORY?

  • Winter offerings and spring concerts often bring back great memories, but travelling to Pittsburgh for the National High School Dance Festival was the best opportunity I am eternally grateful for.

PLANS FOR FUTURE/COLLEGE

  • I plan on attending an HBCU, Hampton University, where I will study in either political science or business management to later get my law degree and become an entertainment attorney.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE INCOMING FRESHMAN AND SOPHMORES YOU WISH YOU HAD?

  • Trust the process and don’t rush it. Your creativity develops and changes everyday and anything can influence it. Trust your ideas but also be open to others who want to help you better that vision, you can never have enough opinions.
