FAVORITE THING ABOUT ONLINE?
My favorite thing about online is how I can do my work independently and focus on my work without any distractions from others.
HARDEST THING ABOUT ONLINE?
The hardest thing about online is technology issues that can affect my learning and being on time for class. Sometimes the wifi could be unstable and cause me to be kicked out, which could set me behind in class and I’ll have to catch up with everything I missed.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ONCE WE ARE IN PERSON?
What I’m most looking forward to once we are in person is having social interactions again and having their presence around me.
HOW HAVE YOU ADAPTED ONLINE?
I have adapted to online learning by having a set routine by setting up a time to wake up everyday, creating a space for my learning, and giving myself mental breaks whenever I need them.
OUTSIDE HOBBY?
I love to sew whenever I have the time. I like making tote bags and shirts with the fabric I have around the house. It makes me feel happy and it’s always a stress reliever for me.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT LACHSA RIGHT NOW?
My favorite thing about LACHSA right now is how it is keeping me busy and having a routine set out for me
FAVORITE DANCE CLASS?
My favorite dance class is Graham class with Yuka.
FAVORITE LACHSA MEMORY?
My favorite LACHSA memory was when we went to go watch Swan Lake Ballet show in person.
PLANS FOR FUTURE/COLLEGE
My plans for the future is that I want to teach and put my choreography out there. I would also like to be a backup dancer for artists and appear in music videos.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE INCOMING FRESHMAN AND SOPHMORES YOU WISH YOU HAD?
Some advice I would give to incoming freshmen and sophomores is to relax and enjoy the upcoming years because high school goes by fast. Make wise choices, and don't look back on high school as a time of regrets.
